Return Policy We’re confident you’ll love our customized Barnby Notes notebooks and the other items in our collection.  But, if for any reason you’re unhappy, we will try to do our best to make things right. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. And remember that we need to hear about damaged packages/goods also within 24 hours. Other policies to remember:

• Goods need to be returned within 28 days in original packaging. Please include a copy of the delivery note.
•  There are no exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing costs will not be refunded.
•  Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.

Shipping Policy We want to accurately process your order.  The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical.  Please make sure you give us the correct shipping information.  Customers are responsible for any charges that take place because of errors.  We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Barnby Notes guarantees that orders will be shipped within 7 business days of order placement. We typically do not ship on the weekends.  Customers may choose from Overnight, 2nd-Day and Standard Ground Delivery.  All Barnbooke orders are shipped from Nevada via Federal Express or UPS Ground and generally take between one (1-2) business day (North West) and within five (5)  business days (West Coast and East Coast) to arrive. Please allow 2 to 4 days to process your initial order.  Exceptions may apply for particularly large or custom orders and during the holiday seasons. If you have to have your order received on a specific date, please call or e-mail us at info@barnbynotes.com>, and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you have any last minute requests, such as Saturday delivery, please call us and we will do our best to meet your needs.  An additional shipping charge applies if Overnight or Saturday shipping is required to meet your needs.
